Julie is our team’s licensed real estate transaction coordinator. She focuses on all of the contract details and deadlines to ensure a smooth real estate transaction making the process feel seamless to all parties. Julie obtained her Virginia real estate license in 2001. She takes pride in bringing integrity to her work and loves helping clients achieve the American dream of homeownership.
