You rather have them taken care of ahead of time rather than have a buyer lower their offer due to a perceived lack of attention to the house. It's amazing what a little investment in the beginning can do to your bottom line.
5. Effective Marketing- This is where my specialty comes into play. We will want to take professional photos of your home when we go to list it. Most buyers nowadays begin their home search online. We want to position your home in the best possible light which means having a professional take your home’s photos. Don’t settle for iPhone photos!
